La sortie en France du livre de Ziad Medoukh sur Gaza 

 

Ziad Medoukh, directeur du département de français de l’université Al-Aqsa de Gaza en Palestine,  poète et écrivain d’expression française, vient de sortir en France son nouveau livre  sur les derniers évènements dramatiques vécus par la population civile de la bande de Gaza suite à la nouvelle offensive israélienne de juillet-août 2014.

Ce livre  intitulé «  Chroniques d’un été meurtrier à Gaza, récit d’un génocide répété » est publié  aux éditions  Kairos-Nancy, il regroupe les témoignages quotidiens  de l’écrivain palestinien durant les 50 jours de l'agression israélienne  de l'été dernier.

C’est le premier livre sorti en France sur cette dernière agression, deux mois après l’arrêt de cette nouvelle attaque sanglante contre les civils de Gaza.

Dans cet ouvrage, le citoyen de Gaza présente ses chroniques quotidiennes ainsi que ses articles et quelques poèmes écrits pendant les 50 jours de 7 juillet au 26 août 2014, dans des conditions très difficiles,  sous les bombardements et les pluies de missiles tombant partout, à chaque minute.

Ces chroniques sont qualifiées par l’éditeur d'appel déchirant, un cri légitime contre l’injustice, mais surtout une espérance, celle de la vie qui continue, qui résiste et qui reste digne.

Ziad Medoukh devait se rendre à Nancy  cette semaine pour assister à la sortie de son livre, mais en raison du blocus israélien et de la fermeture des passages qui relient la bande de Gaza à l’extérieur, il est resté bloqué dans sa prison à ciel ouvert.

Il a déjà publié 4 livres en français, trois recueils de poésie sur Gaza et la Palestine, deux en France et un au Québec, ainsi qu’un livre de pédagogie.
